What we hold,
and why
Other Dimension Records is an independent electronic music label based in Miami, Florida. This page describes every piece of information the site collects, who else touches it, and how to get it deleted.

The short version
We set no cookies. We run no advertising, no ad networks, no cross-site tracking, and no third-party analytics that follow you anywhere else. We have never sold personal information and will not.
We do hold the things you deliberately give us — an email address, quiz answers, a demo submission, a signed agreement — because the label can't function otherwise. Everything below is about those.
Cookies
This site stores nothing on your device: no cookies, no local storage, no device fingerprint. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
One exception sits inside the page. On the Playlists section, pressing a cover loads Spotify's own player, and from that point Spotify may set cookies under its own domain and apply its own privacy policy. The player is not loaded until you press it, so a visit that never touches a playlist never reaches Spotify at all.
When you just visit
We record the page path, the referring address, and the time. No cookie, no identifier, nothing tied to you across visits. Vercel, who host the site, also count visits in an aggregate, cookie-free way, served through our own domain rather than a third-party script.
Server logs at our host keep request data, including IP address, for a short period as a normal part of running a website.
When you give us something
Newsletter
Your email address, and which form you used. Kept until you unsubscribe — every mailing carries an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately.
Readiness Check
Your answers, the resulting scores, and — if you choose to unlock the result — your email address. Your answers are sent to Anthropic's Claude to produce the written diagnosis. They are not used to train anyone's model.
Track Clinic
Your name, artist name, email, genre, a link to your track, and whatever you write in the notes. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see your card details.
Demo submissions
Whatever you send us, in our inbox. If we pass, we keep nothing beyond the email itself.
Artist onboarding
For artists we sign: legal name, contact details, track and credit information, and — at signature — the time, your IP address and browser identifier. Those last three are what make an electronic signature hold up, and they are recorded in the signed PDF.
Who else touches it
We use a small number of outside companies to run the label. Each one only receives what its job requires.
Supabase
Our database and the storage holding signed agreements.
Vercel
Hosting and aggregate, cookie-free visit counts.
Resend
Sends our automatic emails — results, confirmations, signed contracts.
Brevo
Sends the newsletter. Subscriber addresses are added there by us.
Stripe
Takes payment for Track Clinic. Card details go to Stripe, never to us.
Anthropic
Produces the Readiness Check diagnosis from your answers.
Spotify
Only once you press play on an embedded player, under its own policy.
How long we keep it
Signed agreements are kept for as long as the release exists and the rights in it run — that is the point of a contract. Newsletter subscriptions last until you unsubscribe. Readiness Check and Track Clinic records, and the visit counts, are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted.
What you can ask for
Write to demos@otherdimensionrecords.com and you can have a copy of what we hold on you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. A person reads that inbox and will answer within 30 days.
One limit worth stating plainly: a signed agreement cannot simply be erased on request, because both sides rely on it and we may be required to keep it. Everything else can go.
If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, the GDPR gives you these rights directly, along with the right to complain to your national data protection authority. We process your information either because you asked us to, or to carry out an agreement with you, or because running a record label depends on it.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes with it. We will not quietly start collecting something that is not described here.
